The Matrix

An unfortunate situation.
You just wanted to go to a normal escape room. Go with friends. With your family. You just wanted to let off some steam. Reboot your brain a little bit. To experience a fictional challenge to spice up your sometimes too mundane reality.

But instead, you found that your whole life was a simulation.That your entire life is spent in a virtual reality that doesn't exist outside of the servers. That throughout your whole life you haven't been standing on solid ground, but just treading water in a giant lighted tube full of transparent slime. And that everyone else is the same way.

And now you're being thrown straight out of that test tube into a lost laboratory where the enemies of the machines responsible for the virtual reality were trying to find a way to shut down the simulation. A way to free everyone.

And they figured it out.

Now all that's left to do is to push the right button.

But the scientists aren't here. And so it's up to you to decide what happens to the Matrix and all the people in it.
